Feyan has improved massively over hurdles, gaining her first victory via the stewards' room after finishing a close second at Cork. Miss Pernickety is still a maiden but there was plenty to like about her second to subsequent Grade 3 winner Sayce Gold over hurdles at Thurles with Sovereign Gold back in fourth. Larquebuse should be spot-on for this after two decent runs over fences but the form pick has to be SCARLET AND DOVE (NAP). Joseph O'Brien's mare, a winning bumper and hurdler, has performed very well in both starts over fences including a Grade 3 at Cork last time and with the longer trip certain to suit looks the one to beat. Et Dite was never travelling at Fairyhouse but is surely better than we saw that day.
