In depth

Verdict

Black Bamboo made a very encouraging debut behind the useful Crowns Major at Punchestown last April while SAYLAVEE has her first start for Willie Mullins after finishing runner-up at Tipperary in October. The latter may be good enough as though Grace Shelby had a subsequent winner behind when placed at Punchestown she was beaten 20 lengths. Memories Never Die was even further behind but improved massively when runner-up over 2m here when Power Hour wasn’t far behind on his return from a break.
