It was only a fillies' maiden that RAVISSANTE won on her belated racecourse debut at Roscommon but she did it with such authority that the handicapper could have been harder on her and she gets the nod to follow up. Dearest Girl landed a touch on that same Roscommon card where she stayed on stoutly over the 1m4f trip. She looks capable of better and this shorter distance may not prove too much of a problem. Pedantic looked out with the washing for much of the way over 1m1f at Gowran but came with such a late rattle that he was well on top at the close. The extra furlong will be a big help and a 6lb rise doesn't look prohibitive. Citizenship doesn't win very often but has scored from this mark in the past while Force Of Habit has a definite chance as he warms up for another crack at Galway.
