Considering this only carries Listed status it has produced numerous high-class winners including Yeats, Vinnie Roe and Media Puzzle. Representing the Yeats stable, Irish Derby and Coronation Cup winner FAME AND GLORY tackles the trip for the first time but had an ideal warm up over slightly shorter at Navan last month and should take this on his way to Epsom in attempt to repeat last year's triumph. The unexposed Nebula Storm ran a tremendous race in that Navan event and is getting better with every race, though all of his four starts to date have been on ground with plenty of give. Dermot Weld has a fantastic record in this and there are obviously no stamina worries over Rite Of Passage, whose last run was when producing the race of his life to land the Ascot Gold Cup, which will be his main target again this year. Ebor Handicap winner Dirar is always capable of a big run though he has something to find with the principals despite receiving 7lb.
