Vivaldi has run reasonably well in Britain on his last two starts though his two victories over timber have been on faster ground than he'll meet here. Ephorus appeared to find an extra 5lb too much of a burden here last time after completing a double though the longer trip was also a factor in that disappointing effort. Sheer Genius has improved with every run over timber and makes his handicap debut from what looks a reasonable mark while Sole Witness is running well enough to consider and would be a big threat with any more rain. Golan Guy has been beaten several times off lower marks so this can go to WHATSABILLION, who bounced right back to form with a convincing victory at Thurles on Thursday and can complete a quick double with half of his penalty being negated by his jockey.
