This looks one of the strongest maidens of the season so far and preference is only just for ENDLESS INTRIGUE. Dermot Weld's useful Flat winner had the consistent pair Jetson and Dantes King just behind in another tough maiden here in December won by Shot From The Hip and though beaten in a Grade 1 subsequently will find this less taxing. Westmeath looks a major threat as Paul Nolan's winning point-to-pointer and bumper put a disappointing hurdling debut behind when a good runner-up to the promising Raptor at Punchestown. That winner is trained by Willie Mullins, who saddles Glenlo Abbey here and he's been running well over slightly longer trips.
