Pincheck is the only course winner in the line-up and he's comfortably the pick on official ratings though he's never run over a trip this short since 2016. AMEDEO MODIGLIANI hasn't had much racing and has also been running over further but showed good speed over a mile on his return from a break at Cork earlier this month before well beaten in last week's Balmoral Handicap at Ascot. Pincheck and Laughifuwant finished just in front in that Cork event but the selection may have needed the run after a long absence. Psychedelic Funk is held on that latter run and the remainder have something to find.
