Reve De Vol earned a rating of 102 when third in a Group 2 over a mile here and, though well exposed, has the quality to get into contention. CARLISLE BAY wasn't the stable first choice at Tipperary but, though it didn't look the strongest of maidens, he was very impressive and can remain unbeaten. Stable companion San Martino has been running well in nurseries but this is a big step up while Flying Visit loves the testing ground and keeps bumping into smart performers, as he did at Gowran on Wednesday. Shane Foley prefers Los Andes of his stable's two entries and his mount is much better than he showed at Roscommon in August.
