      Verdict

      SHAREVA can put the experience of her run at Cork behind her where she looked like winning until faltering close home. Tammy Wynette also looked likely to succeed on her debut at Dundalk in September and Raintree, from an in-form yard, wasn't inconvenienced by heavy going at Roscommon in August. The selection's stable companion Simiyna has a solid middle-distance pedigree but Scriobh Nua cost E675,000 and is related to a host of smart winners. She could prove best of the newcomers as Talk Now has plenty of pace in her pedigree and may find the ground too testing.
