Verdict

ALLA SPERANZA looked to be struggling at one stage before staying on very strongly to catch Hail over a mile at Cork. A big run from the runner-up earlier will be a boost and Jim Bolger's filly can beat the colts here. Tibet and Tower Rock represent Ballydoyle and both have plenty to offer having won their maidens with the promise of much more to come. Quote Of The Day caught the eye on his debut at Listowel and could hardly have won more impressively at Navan where he had seven lengths to spare over Casual Creeper. He's already useful and will get better as will Call To Battle, who forced much of the pace to see off Golden Hill at the Curragh.
