Verdict
Three-year-olds have a good recent record in this so Mythical, who has been plying his trade in Group company since his Gowran maiden victory, can make use of his allowance. Joseph O'Brien won this last year and PONDUS looked a really strong staying prospect when comfortably accounting for Camphor in testing going at Roscommon. The latter scored at Galway on Sunday so the form looks strong enough for this. Nickajack Cave made great strides when tackling 1m6f for the first time on this track, beating some smart stayers in the process while both Rakan and Sea The Lion are course and distance winners and greatly respected and Fresnel was only beaten a neck over the track and trip in June.
