Purple Gown would be a threat to all if getting a run from her reserve spot after her comfortable victory here on Sunday for which she's penalised. CRISTAL CLERE also has extra to carry for an impressive success at the same fixture. He'd been running well at Dundalk and carried that form over to Turf where he was eased right down at the finish. Brazil has won four times over hurdles, including at Cheltenham and at Grade 3 level, since last running on the Flat while New Hill showed he handles heavy ground when beaten a short-head over the trip at Naas in October. The lightly-raced Smooth Tom landed a Curragh maiden the same month and there should be more to come.
