      In depth

      Verdict

Sera Dawn, Storm Fox and Umming N' Ahing all finished third on soft going at some point last year though none looked like winning. Medici Chapel hasn’t progressed as expected on the all-weather and the less exposed POPULAR DREAM is preferred. The latter returned a beaten favourite at Chelmsford when sent off favourite on his debut though the winner has gone in again since and a chance is taken James Tate’s colt handles the underfoot conditions. Fair Wind is related to several winning sprinters with Victors Dream and Bright other newcomers to note.
