Verdict

Bob's Girl was a surprise winner at Beverley but stayed on strongly and a repeat would see her in the picture. Teodora De Vega was only just beaten in a Class 4 handicap at Newcastle after scoring at this level at Epsom so looks certain to go well as does Elena, who may have found soft ground against her at Beverley last week and has more to offer. SEASCAPE showed nothing in three runs last season but had evidently improved over the winter as she was supported at Salisbury and duly obliged. She's up 5lb in this slightly better grade but looks up to the task.
