In depth

Verdict

Rakata, Society Music and Imperialistic look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap and the vote is given to Rakata. The selection was a fair fourth behind Blue Java last time out, that form has since been franked and in what looks an easier race off the same mark she will be hard to beat. Society Music rates the main danger as she has dropped to a handy mark and well relish the ground,. However she has shown very little of late so can not be put forward with any confidence. Imperialistic won well at Catterick on Saturday and is another that could go well if this race has not come to soon but she has never won on ground this soft before and for that reason is opposed. Of the remainder Gaelic Princess, is another that could go well but has given the impression of late she would be suited by a longer trip and with this in mind fore the winner we return to Rakata.
