Not much public form to go on and, as ever in this type of event, the market will prove a valuable guide. Sir Mark Prescott introduces the potentially smart Humouresque who hails from a highly talented family including luminaries such as Dazzle and Danehurst so the Cheveley park-owned filly should be closely monitored while Luca Cumani's well-connected Maxilla is another who catches the eye on breeding. Of those to have raced, both Aegean Magic and Shujune are progressing along the right lines and set a fair standard for the newcomers. TEAMtalk preference is for the latter who created a strong impression when a close second over this trip in similar company at Redcar last time and should take plenty of beating if proving as effective on easier ground.
