Feeling Wonderful could be the answer to the closing race with Red Current and Tetouan highlighted as the most plausible dangers. The handicapper may have let Feeling Wonderful in lightly here as her win obtained in a very moderate Catterick maiden. Mark Johnston reported her as having had her training troubles as a juvenile, and as her breeding suggests that she might be better at this age, she rates the percentage call in spite of the likely odds. Red Current does the edge of a run this term although the punters were not swayed at Yarmouth in the ring and the performance on the track was disappointing. Tetouan has questions to answer after an expensive flop at Lingfield but does have the luxury of hailing from a yard in form. Support Fund was a beaten favourite in a recent fillies' event at Pontefract but probably found a smart one in opposition on the day. The market is watched for any signs of confidence. Tenancy would have a better chance if learning to settle in his races but has had 151 days off the track in order to mature. Just Oscar has front run in the past but others look more open to improvement on this occasion. Feeling Wonderful is hardly bombproof as betting material but has done little wrong thus far and is the one that they all have to beat.
