Lady Predominant gets the vote here with Ela Paparouna and Oasis Star the others for the shortlist. The selection failed to land a gamble at Southwell last time out when well beaten by Countrywide Flyer, but she travelled well for much of the race and this drop in trip is sure to suit. She hails from an in-form yard and is sure to take a good deal of beating. Ela Paparouna looks the biggest danger and this half-sister to the champion sprinter Kyllachy has shaped well on both her starts to date. But she was slowly away last time at Windsor and she can not afford to give away ground at the start again here. Oasis Star is the other interesting runner as she is a well bred filly and is one that should not be ignored if she is supported in the market. Of the rest, Hurricane Lily could have each-way prospects, but we are happy to side with Lady Predominant.
