In depth

Verdict

What-A-Dancer is overdue a victory and just gets the verdict in a wide open contest, Wind Chime and Cantarna should also be capable of getting involved in the finish. Ron Harris's gelding was successful off a mark of seventy this time last year and has been steadily dropping down the weights following many unplaced efforts. However he hasn't been beaten far on his last three outings and is up against mainly disappointing types tonight. Wind Chime is another dropping down to a handy mark and wasn't beaten far in a better race than this last time, he could turn out to be good each-way value. Cantarna meanwhile showed much improved form last time out and has ground and trip in his favour again. King After is another that could go well if fit following his holiday, however What-A-Dancer does look the pick of the weights this evening and he gets our vote.
