If any horse in the line up deserves a victory it is Sedge, who gets the vote ahead of Snow Bunting and Priorina. The selection has gone close on numerous occasions this season, including last time out when chasing home Pianoforte at Ripon. With Rory Moore's five pound claims taken into account he does look on a winning mark and should go close this evening. Snow Bunting was successful at Ayr over this trip recently and didn't do too badly behind the rejuvenated Our Sheila last time out. A big run is expected with Seb Sanders on board. Priorina looked on the way back last time out when finishing second to Al Rayanah and should go well off her low weight. Iced Diamond is another to consider for place purposes, but in a wide open affair Sedge just gets the verdict.
