keen hold, soon prominent, weakened over 1f out
tracked leaders, headway over 1f out, led inside final furlong, driven out
led, hung right throughout, headed inside final furlong, no extra
Just five runners contest this juvenile auction maiden and Black Moma and Tipsy Prince look the two to concentrate on with the first named just edging the decision, Play Straight may do best of the others.. Richard Hannon's youngsters tend to improve with racing and Black Moma will not have to progress far to win a race of this nature. She finished a close up fourth behind Fabuleux Millie in what could be a much stronger race than this and she looks the best option this evening. Tipsy Prince wasn't beaten far behind a Luca Cumani inmate at Wolverhampton recently, with the third well beaten off. He should improve for that effort and looks the main threat to the selection. Play Straight, a daughter of Piccolo, is from a yard responsible for quite a few recent juvenile winners and so should be watched closely in the betting. However we will side with experience on this occasion and plump for Black Moma.
