We know that it is not a consistently sound strategy in this type of race, but we are, to a degree, going to stick with adjusted official ratings here, consequently the vote goes to Treat Me Wild ahead of Sol Rojo, Tiger Hunter, Eminence Gift, and Kapaje. The Richard Hannon-trained selection has been running more than well enough in handicaps and a claimer of late on Turf to be granted a very good chance in this seller. She also hails from a stable in form, which is another plus point. In actual fact, Sol Rojo is best in on ratings and, on all-weather form, he would have a very good chance but he has yet to match that form on Turf. Tiger Hunter has also so far done best on the all-weather, as has Eminence Gift, although his Hamilton run on soft last time suggested that a drop in trip might suit today. Kapaje's maiden form rates as good enough to give him a shout at this level, while Glasson Lodge's form of last summer brings him into it. Noorain showed improved form last time, and that gives him a squeak but Treat Me Wild, with her stable in good form, gets the call.
