        Verdict

        Banksea appeared to find this trip too far on his second start but reappeared with a solid second over a mile at Ascot and may have strengthened up over the winter. Grapevine had Lilbourne Prince behind when scoring at Windsor and Gershwin is open to improvement after a pipe-opener at Sandown. Sacred Trust should go well on his handicap debut as he's been showing up well in maidens but MUTAWAALY can't have given his true running when only beating one home at Newmarket. He's probably worth another chance even though the form of his Wolverhampton victory hasn't worked out.
