Verdict

PATH OF THUNDER won a conditions race at Meydan early in the year and that looks stronger form than Happy Power’s second in Listed company at Wolverhampton last month. The latter finished third in last year’s Lennox Stakes but that was in soft going while Aratus was a progressive three-year-old winning four of five outings but has something to find on these terms racing in pattern company for the first time.
