Verdict

LUCKY BEGGAR turns out quickly after running a sound sixth of 16 in the 'grey horse' race at Newmarket on Saturday, the latest in a sequence of respectable efforts. A mark of 66 is workable and his yard handle sprinters especially well so he should be competitive back in Class 5 level. Scuzeme is deserving of top weight and should take a hand if forgiven a below-par effort at Hamilton when last seen. Evening Attire's consistency should also see him to the fore again for an under-rated yard and Allen A Dale remains unexposed for the Fahey team.
