Verdict
COLD FUSION confirmed the promise shown in three maiden outings when easing to an emphatic victory on his handicap bow at Newmarket last Friday. Ed Vaughan has his select band of runners in excellent form at present and the daughter of Frozen Power is taken to defy her penalty with Louis Steward easing her burden by 3lb. Patent also showed major progression on his first run in a handicap when second at Nottingham and will be dangerous if able to transfer that soft-ground performance to much quicker conditions. High On Light has been running well in Class 6 contests and should remain competitive upped in grade whilst Lady Turpin is not ruled out after suddenly finding form at Hamilton this month. Anything that Ismail Mohammed runs at present is worthy of attention which brings Possible Future into contention too.
