In depth

Verdict

Paul Cole's Kool comes into this on a hat-trick following wins at Warwick and Kempton but has more on his plate here having been raised 11lbs since the first of those successes. Pie High, Carafe and Cashmere are other last time out winners in the line up, with the last mentioned, trained by James Fanshawe, the most interesting of the trio. The daughter of Barathea makes her debut in this grade here having won a classified stakes race last time. The more exposed Grizedale could be the best of the rest.
