In depth

Verdict

A competitive seller with 20 runners facing the starter. Chepstow selling winner A One seemed not to appreciate the drop to six furlongs at Nottingham last time and should be better suited by the return to this trip. Geespot sprung a surprise when popping up at Brighton at 33/1 last month but that was on fast ground and conditions will be very different underfoot here. Hot Love has claims but does not win very often and would probably want further. The ex-Henry Cecil-trained Jungle Lion showed signs of a return to form on his most recent start and could be interesting. However, the one with the best claims could be Brian Meehan's Great View, who is well in on official BHB ratings and takes a drop in class.
