HEAVEN OR HELL is a speculative selection in a trappy seller. El Portet and Heaven Knows When are others worth considering, while a market move for May Boy could also pave the route to riches for each-way punters. The last-named faced a very stiff test on his debut and it would be harsh to say he is not capable of better. This is a much weaker level of competition and the Ron Hodges-trained colt is an interesting contender at the likely odds. Heaven Knows When represents a top yard and, as she can be expected to cope with the conditions she cannot be ruled out in this grade. That said, she is not entirely straightforward so can't be recommended with anything more than tepid confidence. El Portet, like the selection, already has plenty of experience and has threatened the judges a couple of times before. He has little to prove in this company and can again make the rest aware of his presence. However, Heaven Or Hell has solid form at this level and, as he also has proven form on testing ground, the David Evans-trained gelding is taken as the most reliable option available.
