Cool Hunter secures our selection ahead of Habshan and Highest Regard. Walter Swinburn's charge caught the eye when third at Sandown Park last time out. The yard appear to be in very good form at the moment and the question as to whether the handicapper has got it right with an assessment of 72 shall be answered definitively this afternoon. Habshan represents another in-form yard. A progressive type, he was far from disgraced in a Newmarket handicap and should be thereabouts here. Highest Regard has had few experiences of the turf but has made hay on the all-weather. His latest finish should be ignored as the saddle slipped. Island Rapture is relatively fresh having had a couple of monthes off earlier in the season. She did not get a clear run at Windsor but her form was given a boost by a 100/1 scorer at Brighton earlier in the week. Barathea Dreams has gone off the boil while of the remainder, Libre is of some interest now back to his favoured trip of a mile while Compton Drake will need to settle early in order to maintain his chance. Cool Hunter could just be better than his alloted figure and we will chance him on this occasion.
