Hiddensee, Sri Lipis and First Row are three against the field in this wide open maiden and the vote is given to Hiddensee. The selection is from a top yard and he improved on his debut when a good third behind Indian Pipe Dream at Doncaster last time. He looks as though he should improve again as he still ran green last time and with the step up in trip in his favour he is taken to score. Sri Lipis ran well behind The Geezer at Kempton last time and he was not given a hard race so he is another to consider as he remains unexposed. First Row ran well behind Group Captain at Lingfield last time and he should be suited by the step up in trip. He did hang left under pressure in that Lingfield race but if he can improve for that run then he should make the frame. Harlestone Linn still has plenty to prove but he has shown a modicum of ability and and he hails from a top yard so he can't be dismissed lightly. However, for the winner we return to Hiddensee.
