reluctant loading and restless in stalls, started very slowly, well behind, latched on to rear of field halfway, no impression when hung right in behind rival inside final 2f
tracked leaders on inside, not much room on rail over 1f out, went 2nd inside final furlong, stayed on towards finish, always held
rearing in stalls, made all, ridden and pressed inside final furlong, stayed on gamely, unchallenged
held up in last pair, closer in 4th halfway, ridden 2f out, no extra inside final furlong
raced bit keenly, tracked winner, pushed along over 2f out, ridden 2f out, lost 2nd inside final furlong, kept on but never going pace to challenge, lost 3rd post
All have revealed some ability and one sure to be popular is Nusa Dua, a fast-finishing runner-up at Bath nine days ago on handicap debut after three modest juvenile runs. Hughie Morrison is very good with these steady developers and Buick is booked. She's tempting but AUSTRALIAN ANGEL has also improved and was good enough to land a Class 4 handicap at Newbury under a good Josephine Gordon ride. She's only 3lb higher, drops to Class 5 and is progressive. She's just preferred. Jalea Moon may need to come down a pound or two and Echo Chamber looks to want more time, whereas Go Beyond did more than enough last time to get involved.
Australian Angel 11-1 (8-4) Held up in rear, headway under pressure on inside 2f out, ridden chasing leaders over 1f out, switched right and stayed on inside final furlong, led inside final 100 yards, all out, won at Newbury 1m 3f hcp (4) gd in May beating Zain Nights (9-6) by hd, 6 ran.

Go Beyond (IRE) 33-1 (9-1) Restrained start and held up, pushed along under 4f out, switched right and headway 3f out, ridden 2f out, headway into 3rd over 1f out, ran on into 2nd final furlong but no match for winner, 2nd of 10, 2 1/2l behind Zimmerman (9-11) at Haydock 1m 4f hcp (5) sft in May.
Nusa Dua 8-1 (8-9) In rear, shaken up 3f out, pushed along and plenty to do 1f out, ran on strongly inside last, nearest finish, 2nd of 8, 1 1/2l behind Dal Mallart (8-10) at Bath 1m 2f hcp fll (5) gs in May.
