HANNO ran well in a better maiden race than this at Newbury on his return. With Ryan Moore doing the steering today, he should be up to opening his account. Velox had a run under his belt before winning a division of this for Luca Cumani last year but the latter's 160,000gns colt Tap Your Toes is still worth noting on his debut. The Haggas yard sent out the winner of the 2012 renewal so Wohja may finish closer but Deadline Day is hard to recommend on what little he's shown so far.
