In depth

Verdict

Clever As A Fox was much improved on his reappearance at Cork but was doing his best work in the closing stages over a longer trip. Rainy Night Insoho showed some promise on debut at Limerick while Redfield is surely better than he showed at Thurles in March. Perpignan has won between the flags but CHEAD SOLAS might be good enough to win at the first time of asking. He’s a full brother to Flat and hurdles winner Kalopsia and is starting off at a realistic level.
