      Verdict

      Sandy Creek had been a beaten odds-on favourite twice before making much of the running at Dundalk though meets stronger rivals here. GREY LEADER completed a double in good style at Listowel and there's plenty more to come so he gets the nod though Space Age easily won a Tipperary maiden from today's rival and stablemate Helter Skelter. Kalikapour has struggled in handicaps but Livio Milo finally got off the mark at Galway after several strong performances and looks the main threat.
