Verdict

Noel Meade hasn't wasted time turning the attentions of winning hurdler CENOTICE to the larger obstacles. The Phoenix Reach gelding has finished in the frame on all three starts in respectable company and the application of blinkers may sharpen him further. Charlie Stout ran well in a Galway beginners' chase behind Zero Ten, a performance which warrants short-list inclusion, and Eclat Des Mottes is of obvious interest making his chasing debut for the Willie Mullins team. But the leading threat may be the former Paul Nicholls inmate Movewiththetimes, despite less-than-impressive form figures. A clear round would surely see him in the mix.
