In depth

Verdict

Roconga has been placed in seven of his nine starts over fences and would have an obvious chance at his best. He had a run at the Curragh last month so should be fit enough but Capital Force looks to have more scope. A decent hurdler, he was returning after a long break when finding 2m4f stretching his stamina at Kilbeggan and should soon be winning races of this nature. His stable companion Lion In His Heart has had no luck in his two starts over fences but the vote goes to MORGAN (NAP). Gordon Elliott's winning hurdler and bumper made an encouraging debut over the bigger obstacles at Limerick where a couple of bad errors stopped him in his tracks. A better round of jumping can make it second time lucky.
