Dressednblack wasn't beaten far behind Not A Whisper at Tipperary and the winner has since completed a double there. The veteran Apache Gold hasn't won since 2015 but has dropped to a very lowly mark and wasn't beaten far on ground too quick at Clonmel. Laburnum Park has never won but was well supported at Navan last time after a narrow defeat at Cork. He never looked like winning but ran on under pressure and this could be his day though TI AMO (NAP), who was just behind in that Cork handicap, was having his first start of the season and can take his revenge and land this. No Way Jack started favourite in that latter race and wasn't far behind but had every chance and looks held.
