MINELLA FOR VALUE is a classy point-to-pointer with six victories to his credit and has run very well in the championship hunter's events at Cheltenham and Punchestown, finishing third behind Balnaslow in the latter. That looks too good for these though Jamie Codd brought Sizing Solution with a well timed effort to land a hunter chase at Cork and his mount can provide a threat. Island Master is consistent enough but was 16l behind in that latter race so looks held but Tony Martin doesn't run many in this sphere so recent Kirkistown winner Danboru is one to keep an eye on despite being well beaten in a Cork bumper.
