A maiden hurdle at Killarney hardly seems the place for a son of Galileo out of a Breeders' Cup runner-up but CHAMONIX completely lost his form after winning two Listed races as a three-year-old though he did run in the Coronation Cup and the Irish St Leger. He's still rated 96 on the Flat so is taken to give Joseph O'Brien a winning ride. Badgerfort finished runner-up to Martello Tower in this last year, form that would easily be good enough in most circumstances, though he's another who lost his form later. Tradewinds also had some strong form to his credit but disappointed when strongly fancied at Catterick in December and has joined Mick Hourigan. Theatrical Rock won a point at Lemonfield in March and Robert Tyner does well with similar types.
