Verdict

Capisci went to Gowran in February with a big reputation but he didn't enjoy the testing conditions and was well beaten. He can surely do better but may find newcomer THE WAY IT WAS has too much pace for him. Christy Roche' charge is by Indian Danehill and out of a winning hurdler. He looks the type to do well at this game and can take care of Sids Choice, who made a promising start behind Oscar Wings at Bellewstown and will be suited by the longer trip. Kilbixy ran well on his debut at Thurles in March and was by no means disgraced in the lucrative Sales Bumper at Fairyhouse the following month.
