Verdict

The front-running Crude has generally jumped well and should make this a strong gallop from the off which should suit TRENDELENBURG. A winner point-to-pointer and hurdler, Gordon Elliott's charge had been in fine form over timber before a very good chasing debut in what looked a strong event over the C&D last month and looks ready for his first success over the bigger obstacles. Roley has had plenty of chances but appears to have run a little better on his last two starts and though Otay Kawn hasn't delivered on early promise he's not one to give up on just yet. Empire Theatre makes his chasing bow and this winning bumper and hurdler is one to keep a close watch on in the betting.
