In depth

Verdict

Harold's Cross is going so well at present that he must be an option for punters here despite another weight rise for his latest success at Down Royal. Campbonnais made his handicap debut over fences at Roscommon and scored with some authority but an 11lb rise in the weights puts a damper on his prospects of a follow-up. Hangover is capable of a big run at his best which he certainly was at Limerick last time where he just failed to catch Lucky Wish. POLITEO had looked a really nice prospect when winning two of his first three starts over fences but was then well beaten at Cork. It transpired that he had broken a blood vessel that day and gets a chance to put matters right here. Future All Star won nicely at Clonmel and ran well under a 6lb rise here subsequently though he's up another 3lb here.
