Arthur's Quay was returning from a long break when a very good third over a trip too short on his chasing debut at Roscommon and should get competitive. Dommage Pour Toi, a Grade 2 winner over hurdles, has been an expensive failure in his two recent starts over fences but there was something amiss at Tramore last time and his run behind Top Ten over fences at Navan in December puts him in the frame for this. The Chapel Field completed a double over timber in November and is one to note on his chasing bow while Jack Hackett looks likely to make a better chaser than hurdler judging by his chasing bow here where he was beaten less than two lengths despite losing a shoe. OSCAR ACADEMY completed a hurdles double for Olly Murphy last winter and joined Gavin Cromwell. He's bred for chasing and is taken to make a successful debut.
