The Stewards' Cup runner-up, Mutamared, is our choice here, with his biggest dangers suggested as Intrepid Jack and Sir Edwin Landseer. That was a fine run from the selection in Sussex and, even though he has yet to race here, his limited record at Lingfield is good and he also has a good draw. Texas Gold cannot be ruled out from his current mark, even though he has not won since 2005, while Intrepid Jack has to be considered from a mark that is two pounds lower than a winning Turf rating. Beaver Patrol is now just a pound above a winning Turf mark, although he was well behind the selection at Goodwood. Coming off a break, Sir Edwin Landseer ran pretty well at Haydock last time and is another to consider, while Didn't We will jump and run and can't be ruled out of bagging some money. Overall, though, we return to the selection, which is Mutamared.
