In depth

Verdict

EN FAMILLE was always chasing the leaders at Chelmsford and stayed on. He was beaten 5 lengths but should have come on enough for the experience to make a bold bid. Win O'clock ran at the same fixture and came up against a couple of decent performers while King Of Arms wasn't beaten far over this trip at Lingfield and should be winning soon. Surround looked badly in need of experience on the latter track earlier this month while the newcomer Dark Scimitar is out of a mare who has produced winners on Dirt with her first two offspring to race.
