      Verdict

      Bonus can bounce back to form at the principal expense of Come Out Fighting and Mr Lambros. Bonus does have to give weight all around to his rivals but he is the class act in this race and with Gerald Butler sending out winners of late, if he secures a clear passage, Bonus should be up to regaining the winning thread. Come Out Fighting hadnt won since August 2006 before obliging at Lingfield last time out. He made all in a fast clock and his winning may not be over for this season. Mr Lambros is in rude form with three victories on the bounce. The visor is back on again this afternoon. Qadar is perfectly competent but does not win as often as he should. Lucayos is probably out of his depth at this grade. Yungaburra steps up to six furlongs having raced exclusively at five over the last eighteen months. A good race to round off the card and one in which Bonus makes most appeal.
