Not A Role Model is the senior runner in this and has disappointed since second at Chepstow in December. Deyrann de Carjac is eased in grade and has been running better than form figures would suggest but he’s not won since 2019. FLEGMATIK (NAP) has been in good form over 3m around here since undergoing wind surgery. He has won over 2m so basic speed is not an issue and a 7lb rise may not stop him completing a quick double given there is only a 12lb weight range in this. Le Cameleon can confirm Fontwell running with Foxboro, despite worse terms, but One True King has never won beyond 2m under Rules. Patroclus won over 2m4f at Leicester, however, and has only had two runs over fences so far.
