In depth

Verdict

MISS MOJITO is taken to make it back-to-back successes and she gets our vote over Straitjacket and Super Fourteen. The selection was a convincing winner in an apprentice handicap at Salisbury last time and as she escapes a penalty for that success she looks a good bet to follow-up. Straitjacket would have claims on the pick of her form and she is well drawn here, but she disappointed last time and she will need to leave that running behind if she is to make her mark today. Super Fourteen was a winner on his final appearance of last season and although he was well beaten at Windsor at the start of the month, he was returning from a lengthy break and he may well have needed the run. Silent Treatment tackles this trip for the first time and although she has a good draw she is not bred to appreciate this longer trip. Miss Mojito won with plenty in hand last time and she can score again.
