Whiskey Junction, Rabbit Fighter and China Cherub make the shortlist here, with Whiskey Junction taken to complete a hat-trick. China Cherub has not won for almost a year but because of that has been slipping down the handicap. She has been running consistently well and ran a fine race to be second at Windsor last time. A reproduction of that effort would see her go close here. Rabbit Fighter has won three of her last five starts, two of those successes coming here. She has not been harshly penalised, but is not well drawn and she is opposed. Whiskey Junction is on a hat trick after two wins at Bath, including a defeat of Wotashirtfull, a winner twice since. He is five pounds higher than his latest success, but he has run well here in the past and Whiskey Junction can see his supporters in fine spirits.
